The victim in Tuesday's homicide in the Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood is identified as Dakota J. Bachand, 27. As a result of him being involved in a crash, he's undergoing a precautionary medical evaluation at the hospital. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance as a precaution.
